Nationality has no importance in incidents like this. People tend to do this when they get too greedy. They would even steal from their own father if needed. So please don't take it personally. The reason GMs are not responding is that, it's not illegal to not share drop gains. They clearly state that there's no sanction to it. I'm sure they're pleased to have you around.
